White & Partners were appointed by long time owner of Daydream Island, Vaughan Bullivant to create a new sales strategy and marketing plan for the sale of Daydream Island. The Island had been on the market for a number years without securing a successful sale.
White & Partners, in partnership with CBRE, led the sale strategy and marketing campaign, with a renewed focus on attracting purchasers wanting to take advantage of the existing facilities and the potential that it offered. The strategy focused on the Island’s redevelopment with renewed investment opportunities, given the increasing tourism demand in the region.
The campaign was marketed through Australia, and into Asia and Europe with a particular focus on the increasing Asian investment into tourism assets in Australia. The campaign was a great success and the property sold to an Asian investor – China Capital Investment Group – who is working on plans to significantly redevelop the resort.
