Our Role
Development manager and project arrangement, including:
- Feasibility analysis and financial structuring
- Project concept, initiation, coordination and oversight
- Engagement and co-ordination of all consultants
- Co-ordination of the development of 50,000sqm+ commercial office project
- Renewal of the Wickham Park heritage precinct
- Renewal of the Wickham Park upgrade
- Stakeholder management (Local and State Government)
- Project funding
- Tenant Pre-lease co-ordination and negotiation
