Our Role
Development manager and project arrangement, including:

  • Feasibility analysis and financial structuring
  • Project concept, initiation, coordination and oversight
  • Engagement and co-ordination of all consultants
  • Co-ordination of the development of 50,000sqm+ commercial office project
  • Renewal of the Wickham Park heritage precinct
  • Renewal of the Wickham Park upgrade
  • Stakeholder management (Local and State Government)
  • Project funding
  • Tenant Pre-lease co-ordination and negotiation
